  • Yes, you will receive a portfolio of 3 candidates and have the opportunity to speak to one or all 3 of them prior to the onboarding process.

  • If the virtual assistant isn’t the right fit, our approach depends on your package:

    • Foundation Package: With our thorough screening process, we provide 3 highly qualified candidates for you to choose from. If your first choice doesn’t work out after the contract expires, you’re welcome to reach out to the 2nd or 3rd candidate independently.

    • Elevate Package: You have a 90-day window to find the perfect match. During this time, we'll present up to 10 fully vetted candidates to ensure you find the right fit for your business.

    Our goal is to provide you with the best options and a seamless experience!

  • Your only payment to Found is a one-time, flat fee for our services. Payment for the VA's services depend

    upon the contract or agreement with your virtual assistant.
